What's New

Added getExtensions() to complete CIP-30 Full API compliance
- CardanoBrowserWallet: delegates to the injected wallet instance
- CardanoHeadlessWallet: returns empty array (no browser extension negotiation)
- Updated ICardanoWallet interface accordingly

This was the last missing function from the CIP-30 specification.
