Apply the strict Foundation lint preset and resolve its findings across application, database, and sync packages. Generate Next route types without requiring runtime secrets before running lint and type checks. Simplify search selection to accept the server ID it actually needs.
Depends on #1157. Validation runs through the repository CI checks.
