With this solution filter, the CI, build farm and anyone else who wants to build MediaInfo CLI, shell extension or PreRelease CLI only no longer needs to obtain and apply the
MediaInfo_NoGUI.difffrom MediaArea-Utils or obtain wxWidgets in order to not have project not found errors. There is no need to maintainMediaInfo_NoGUI.diffand update it every time the solution file changes as well. Just need to add a single line to the solution filter file when a new project is added to the solution.
