- Fix build command path: build/scalar/examples/c instead of build/examples/c
- Restructure CMake options into organized tables (Global, Scalar, SIMD)
- Add integrator notes on consistent precision/macro handling
- Remove duplicate option documentation across sections
- Include guidance on finding all available CMake variables
