Regenerates
lists/palo-alto-networks-cortex-xpanse/list.jsonwithtools/generate-openfilters-scanners.py, from the rangesOpenFilters/internet-scanners
tracks for
paloaltonetworks.12 entries -> 10.
The entry count goes down, from 12 to 10, purely through aggregation:
upstream publishes
147.185.132.0/22and162.216.148.0/22, which contain the147.185.132.0/23,162.216.149.0/24and162.216.150.0/24this list carried,and similarly
2604:a940:300::/47and2604:a940:302::/48contain the three/64s. Verified: every previous entry is a subnet of a new one, so nothing islost.
The generator only ever adds: the entries already committed are merged in before
consolidate_networks()runs, so nothing previously curated by hand is dropped(verified for this list). The
nameanddescriptionare left exactly as theywere, since MISP keys warninglists on their name and a rename in place would
register server-side as a competing list rather than an update.
