Regenerates
lists/alphastrike-scanning/list.jsonwithtools/generate-openfilters-scanners.py, from the rangesOpenFilters/internet-scanners
tracks for
alphastrike.2 entries -> 5.
The generator only ever adds: the entries already committed are merged in before
consolidate_networks()runs, so nothing previously curated by hand is dropped(verified for this list). The
nameanddescriptionare left exactly as theywere, since MISP keys warninglists on their name and a rename in place would
register server-side as a competing list rather than an update.
