I simply hacked one of your scripts. My script reads a csv file of fpga
pinouts and creates the sym,cmp and dev files. I will need to polish up my
python
skills before I can do that.
The bga's only support the nominal ball widths. I want to add two more
variants to also support min and max widths as well
I also need to support configurations that omit some balls in the array. I
need to and a masking feature in order to support that feature.

I downloaded the excel data from the Lattice web site and then split them
into separate files and stripped of unneeded rows and columns
