I think this is probably fine, although the lambda test projects in the integration/ folder could be updated to compatible versions.
For the life of me I can't remember how to get stackmanager to run locally via pipenv (and of course I left that out of the readme) - I really want to move this to uv (or poetry, but I like uv better).
