Datatables: iois_zebrafinch_els_everything_apr24_new.csv
- datafile with all raw intervals as durations with meta information for histograms of Intervals durations
rhythm_analysis_zf_shared_els_mean_fs_200.csv
- data file with rhythm analysis parameters for the shared parts (including the tutees that share everything, also including the full tutor sequences)
rhythm_analysis_mean_zebrafinch_els_everything_fs_200_apr24_new.csv
- data file with rhythm analysis parameters for all sequences tutees and tutors for the complete sequence
Information on shared ratio and roles that are necessary to differentiate between groups later in the plots are added during the analysis, but are all based on these three data files.
