Hi, for many languages, there are no separate README/license files exclusively for the hyphenation dictionary in the LibreOffice dictionary repo. They are manually extracted or copied and difficult to automate. |

This PR removes extra blank lines at the end of some license files for better consistency.
All license files now end with only one blank line.
