Add templates to package

Without this, I think templates don't get bundled in the sdist

$ tar tvzf dist/kotti_navigation-0.3dev-r0.tar.gz | grep template
<nothing>

probably you can fix adding a MANIFEST.in with these lines::

recursive-include kotti_navigation/alembic *
recursive-include kotti_navigation/locale *
recursive-include kotti_navigation/static *
recursive-include kotti_navigation/templates *
recursive-include kotti_navigation/tests *
recursive-include kotti_navigation *.zcml

without putting individual extensions like *.css or touching the setup.py
