Fixes on labelmap properties and segmentation tool for a better UX:

  • Tool is only active when a segment is selected
  • Segment being currently modified is specified in the tool
  • Labelmap being modified is highlighted
  • Removed possibility to create filters from a labelmap
  • When switching tool from segmentation to something else, all segmentation effects are deactivated
  • Added a limit to the number of segments that can be created in a labelmap
  • Fixed missing update after deleting a segment
