This PR updates the lecture entry system to support multiple universities and semesters (instances).
Earlier, all lecture entries were stored in a single file (current-sem.json), which caused conflicts. Now, data is stored separately based on university and semester.
Updated storage structure: syllabus/{universityId}/{instanceId}.json.
