created a ui for adding the out of order sections , where the instructor must select a section then add the start time and end time for that section
made the ui properly and did the required changes
*Added purple highlight for out-of-order sections in toc display. *Displayed "Out of Order" tooltip with correct date range
removed the background colour of the out of order sections, and also fixed the parent and child nodes display of outof order dates.
