We're setting our own flags, don't need help from Qt.
Fixes buggy Qt resulting in:
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find $<$<NOT:$<BOOL:$<TARGET_PROPERTY:SKIP_SANITIZER>>>:asan>: No such file or directory

Adds a preset for TSAN
