A centralized location to place "data" files such as images to avoid bloating the main Git (code) repositories.
From your README.md files:
- Link to images in this directory through their
raw.githubusercontent.compaths.- ⇒ Right-click on Github-displayed image, and select "show image" (browser dependent).
