I would say so. Other changes of UI were dealt with in other issues. More tooltips in the creation of Constellation would have been redundant as @RivinHD already created notes when pressing on button (did not notice first). Thought about adding explanation to the attributes to the overview tab, but as there is a lot to say about every attribute it would be best to directly use the Stellarium documentation. |

Just one small edit as other tooltips were already included. Added help Icon next to Sky in description to make it more appealing. Also tried to put it closer to label but did not work out
