Enhance enrolling via QR code

I want cards with preprinted QR's to invite people to collaborate, that needs:

• A mass QR-code generator
• Definable QR-code user classes (role?)
• Print layouting?
• A method so i can locally scan this before handing out and already have a contact object that i can annotate (who's this, where did we talk about what... etc?) NO - THIS IS NOT CREEPY.
