feat: allow configuring launcher sidebar position (left/right)

Could you explain the rationale for introducing this feature?

Personally, I don’t really want to introduce such a feature for the time being. Many applications currently use a sidebar fixed on the left, so I don’t think there are many users who need this.

I plan to introduce a right-side sidebar after #3683 is completed. However, unlike this PR, I don’t intend to add a separate setting for moving the sidebar position—instead, I’d introduce a flipped UI layout for RTL languages.

I understand, by the way, regarding one (I was thinking of quitting tomorrow, but I'll ask better).

What do you think about joining the server, or immediately into a single world.

Like so that a person doesn't have to launch Minecraft separately, then go through the tabs, but immediately so that through the launcher you can immediately enter the world, or the server (if there is one, then I just haven't found it)
