In order to clear up any ambiguity about the licensing of the geos repository, this is the first in a set of PRs that will re-license the code in the repo as follows:
update.sh,Package.swift,main.yml) under the MIT LICENSEAs a first step. All code is being deleted from the repo save
update.shandmain.ymlwhich are being re-licensed as MIT (see LICENSE) with the explicit approval of @scottrhoyt and @macdrevx.Follow-on PRs will add back the geos source (LGPL) and additional clean-slate build configuration (e.g. Package.swift).
