Explanation of Change

Add DualEntry import settings. Workspace admins can enable new accounts, choose which active DualEntry classifications import as tags, and sync tax rates. Mapping changes use the existing backend commands and show optimistic pending and error states.

Tests

1. Open a workspace connected to DualEntry.
2. Open Accounting, DualEntry, then Import.
3. Verify accounts show as categories and the new-account setting can be changed.
4. Enable an active DualEntry classification.
5. Verify the setting is saved as a tag mapping and a sync starts.
6. Verify imported tags appear in New Expensify and Expensify Classic.
7. Disable the classification and verify the mapping is removed after sync.
8. If tax rates exist, enable tax rate sync and verify the setting is saved.

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

Offline tests

1. Open the DualEntry Import page.
2. Go offline and change a classification mapping.
3. Verify the row shows its pending state.
4. Go online and verify the change saves or shows an error that can be dismissed.

Hey, I noticed you changed src/languages/en.ts in a PR from a fork. For security reasons, translations are not generated automatically for PRs from forks.

If you want to automatically generate translations for other locales, an Expensify employee will have to:

1. Look at the code and make sure there are no malicious changes.
2. Run the Generate static translations GitHub workflow. If you have write access and the K2 extension, you can simply click: [this button]

Alternatively, if you are an external contributor, you can run the translation script locally with your own OpenAI API key. To learn more, try running:

Typically, you'd want to translate only what you changed by running npx ts-node ./scripts/generateTranslations.ts --compare-ref main
