This PR adds a timeline web component to e.g. the list of letters, replacing our ion-rangeslider:
The web component is taken from tei-publisher-components and a live example can be seen at https://www.briefedition.alfred-escher.ch/briefe/
Work on that new functionality encompasses several parts:
