- Introduced `8_insar_processing_validation.ipynb` for a step-by-step burst-mode validation workflow. - Added new functions in `phidown.insar_workflow` for burst search configuration, workflow execution, and validation. - Updated `phidown/__init__.py` to include new functions and classes for InSAR processing. - Enhanced `phidown.search` with date extraction improvements for better handling of acquisition dates. - Improved `phidown.viz` to support plotting product footprints with coverage visualization. - Added unit tests for the new InSAR workflow functionalities and visualization features.
