Refactor ellipse-related classes to use RadiusRatio instead of MinorToMajorRatio for the minor/major axis ratio. Update all references in IO/DWG and IO/DXF readers and writers for consistency. Improve documentation and clarify property summaries in Entities.Ellipse and Hatch.BoundaryPath.Ellipse. No functional changes to geometry or serialization logic.
