…uth regen State plainly at the Appendix A header that the 159 per-language chapters are LLM-drafted format specifications, not the final question bank: question types are grounded in the Sillito taxonomy, but the specific symbol/file targets are not yet ground-truth-derived and are replaced at execution by SWE-QA (major languages) or LSP/git-seeded targets (the rest), confirmed grep-first against the pinned commit. Prevents reviewers from mistaking drafted symbol names for validated ground truth.

…uth regen The per-language chapters were LLM-drafted to establish format and dimension mapping — their symbol targets are not yet ground-truth-derived and must be regenerated at execution time per §3.1/§12. Make that status explicit at the top of Appendix A so the drafted symbol names are not read as validated. Supersedes DeusData#420 (same diff; recreated for DCO author/sign-off). Follow-up to the 159-language evaluation plan. Adds an explicit status note at the Appendix A header so reviewers don't mistake the LLM-drafted chapters for the final question bank.
