This page isn't really a tutorial, but expresses the value proposition of PoH and points to an implementation guide. Should we rename the page for accuracy?

What page do you think would be useful here? We already have the link to the implementation tutorial above.

Adds a new tutorial explaining PoH V2 on Linea, including purpose, integration via Sumsub/Verax, and security/privacy notes.
