Deserialisation of all types of transactions.

Currently the sdk only supports deserialising a handful of transaction types when e.g. fetching block items via GetBlockItems.

At some point the sdk should support at least all of the account transaction types.

Sub-tasks

• Identify the transaction types that should be supported. Should the proto files be expanded or should it be a localised (i.e. only within the java sdk) change.
