Summary

  • adds CLI non-UTF-8 contracts for dedupe and conflicts
  • adds direct unit contracts for dedupe and conflicts
  • documents the B1 coverage closure in CHANGELOG

Validation

  • PYTHONPATH=src python -m unittest tests.test_cli tests.test_dedupe tests.test_conflicts
  • ./scripts/check.sh
  • ./scripts/post-release-audit.sh
