This PR adds a new documentation entry for Dart Map.removeWhere().

The entry includes:

  • An introduction explaining the method
  • Syntax for usage
  • A practical example with output

File added:

  • content/dar
  • t/concepts/map/terms/remove-where/remove-where.md

Closes #8111
