Describe the bug
I have experience Garry constantly yelling at a hurt guard that they will help them, and going back to their original position. Notably this loop doesn't knock the npc out, though they keep making noise and all that. (I have gone past that stage and dont have a save to look at for it. whoops)

Steps to reproduce
Hurt a guard or another refugee center npc in view of an npc that can heal them but has programming to stay in their spot then see them loop I think.
Expected behavior
The npc going to heal and then returning to their spot I guess
