Text renders behind the leftside menu in the new character creator

Describe the bug

The description for this trait shouldn't be hiding behind the menu on the left. This is only an issue at low resolutions, but I do consider it a bug. If it's not worth fixing, it's not worth fixing - at least we documented it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set window size to 800 x 600 or something similarly small
2. Go to the new character creator.
3. Go to the traits tab.
4. See the description on the right is hiding behind the menu on the left.

Expected behavior

I expect to be able to see the whole description.

This was a known bug with #86250, I just didn't write it in the PR. I intend to fix it.
