Chad Codex Runtime

Private source snapshot for the local Codex runtime configuration and reusable agent assets.

Layout

• dot-codex/ mirrors applicable source/control-plane files from ~/.codex
• dot-agents/ mirrors reusable skills and plugin marketplace files from ~/.agents
• home/AGENTS.md mirrors the home-level behavior contract
• launchagents.disabled/ stores disabled LaunchAgent references that should not be loaded

Included

• Global runtime policy, hooks, runtime config, route manifest, rules, agents, tests, and helper scripts
• User and system skills that define Codex behavior
• Local plugin marketplace metadata
• Local MCP server source/config wrappers that are safe to version
• Short diagnostic excerpts for runtime cleanup decisions, with secrets excluded

Excluded

• ~/.codex/auth.json, history, sessions, archived sessions, logs, checkpoints, observations, shell snapshots, SQLite databases, browser profiles, plugin caches, runtime temp files, and live autonomy state
• Secret-bearing .env files
• Generated caches such as __pycache__ and .pytest_cache

This repo is a source/control-plane backup, not a byte-for-byte home-directory archive.
