- Remove script that transforms Google Sheets data to tables read by pipeline; they're fragile and confusing -- see Clean up and fix the OOS exo table #442
- Remove checks for using all tables -- hasn't been useful and occasionally annoying
- Clarify function name
The google sheets get used inconsistently (see #442 ) and this fme-oos.R script is fragile and confusing. Since there are relatively few out of service entries, it seems simpler just to do it by hand before each release.
