This PR updates the BioBridge miniapp (forge) to use the term "Forge" (锻造) instead of "Recharge" (充值) in the Chinese localization. This includes updates to the top navigation tab, form labels, and buttons. Metadata in manifest.json and package.json has also been updated. Verified via unit tests and visual inspection.
