Vladyslav Bardin

Senior backend engineer running an AI-driven SDLC inside a real enterprise. I teach engineers to do the same — without working more hours than they do now.

Backend and distributed systems at high load. Agentic systems in production, not in a notebook: shipped, reviewed by a security team, and running under compliance constraints.

What I have built and led

Users served by systems I built 20M+
Events processed daily hundreds of millions
Engineers led through AI adoption 60+
Manual verification removed by one agentic solution 200+ hours, built in ~10
Audit-log system redesign 25 s → 0.5 s (60×)
Notification platform at 20M-user scale 20% faster delivery
Engineers in the .NET community I led 140+
University students taught 150+

Working with me

  • AI consulting — getting agentic tooling into an engineering organisation and through its security review. Architecture, rollout, evaluation, cost.
  • Mentorship — a small number of slots for backend engineers who own a system end to end and want AI genuinely embedded in how they work. Async-heavy, outcome-oriented.
  • Speaking — .NET, distributed systems, AI in engineering practice.

Stack. C# / .NET and ASP.NET Core · Kafka, RabbitMQ, MassTransit · PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MongoDB, Redis · Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, GitHub Actions · Python · LLM agents, MCP, evaluation and observability.

Teaching

  • Lecturer at the Kyiv School of Economics — Programming Concepts, Algorithms and Data Structures, Software Development Practices, taught in English.
  • Co-created and taught Modern Development Techniques on .NET at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
  • MSc (2024–2026) and BSc (2020–2024) in Software Engineering, KPI.
  • Speaker at .NET and engineering meetups.

Glory to Ukraine! 🇺🇦
