new helm charts

Hello ethereum-lite-explorer team

I've written a quite simple helm chart to deploy this service in our company.

It might lack some feature. For sure we could add templating between the values.yml and the configmap.

But anyway, I thought it could be useful to share it with you.

Hi,
I think that there is something wrong with configmap mount.
I am getting this error in my browser console when trying to load.

Couldn't load application config SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input
    at JSON.parse (<anonymous>)
    at _i.<anonymous> (HttpRequest.ts:101)
    at Generator.next (<anonymous>)
    at a (HttpRequestError.ts:2)

It's deployed internally, so this should work.
