POP!_OS Cosmic Beta - Wayland Implementation

Appear to have a similar issue to the Sciter SDK problem outlined in Issue 3. Love Qwiktape, but it will not boot in System76 Pop!_OS Cosmic Beta released 9/25/25. One would appreciate an update or a workaround. Thank you.

Pop!_OS Cosmic was been released 12/11/25, . . . bugs and all. User may upgrade early, but Pop says it will send out generalized instructions for upgrade in 1/26. . . As the refinements to the Wayland compositor and Xwayland have happened I have tested the current Qwiktape version without success. Reviewing your past updates it appears that the last Sciter SDK Wayland fix was in 2023. Looking at the Sciter site one notes that Sciter GLX was issued in 3/24, if memory serves correct, with a stablization release in 10/24 indicating Linux Wayland/Xwayland, Windows and MOS support. One is not a programer, but realizes that GLX may be totally different from SDK, making a "fix" far from simple, . . . . let alone practical.
ASIDE: One notes that the "cosmic" wallpaper displayed on the Sciter 3/24 release of GLX is one of the new wallpapers in the Pop!_OS Cosmic wallpaper collection. . . . One knows it most probably means nothing, but interesting nontheless. . . .
