The picture which opens to the twitter link is absent, so I added the image. In addition I also updated the readme by using a better description for Arito.

I have written the description of Arito in read.me in a better language to give the users a more better user experience.
Being a frontend developer at IIT Roorkee, I tried to create a better UI by making the description more readable and interesting.
Also the image that opens to the twitter link is absent i.e. there is no image, so I fixed it with a twitter image.
I therefore request you to please accept and merge my pull request.
