  cmd/trackerbot: drive Tracker from Slack (Socket Mode). @trackerbot starts runs, the thread receives critical notifications and clarifying gate questions, and artifacts land back in the thread. Pure consumer of the Transport boundary milestone — no engine changes. Multiple concurrent runs (one per thread), artifact delivery that adapts to what was built.

  Make the core engine fully UI-agnostic so TUI, Slack, web, and mobile are first-class transport peers on one tracker.Config → Engine path. Config.Interviewer injection, event-stream completeness (terminal-status + snapshot + cost-as-events), kill process-global state for N concurrent runs (absorbs #396), full unification of the CLI onto the library path (absorbs #450/#451), and a thin RunManager. Top of Next; precedes the Slack transport.
