On completion, the CMD window closed, which means that no error messages could be seen unless one was quick. The .cab file is now deleted from \Temp.
How do we get out of that? Allow the 'threat' and re-run the script?
The CMD window should not close automatically, I suggest, and there should be a log to show the contents of that window anyway, so that problems can be dealt with.

I launched the UI command, and all was well except for this:
[ + ] Installing RemoveWindowsAI Package...
WARNING: Failed to add package r:\Temp\ZoicwareRemoveWindowsAI-amd641.0.0.0.cab
WARNING: Add-WindowsPackage failed. Error code = 0x80070003
Disabling CoPilot Policies in [C:\WINDOWS\System32\IntegratedServicesRegionPolicySet.json]
with this cause:

On completion, the CMD window closed, which means that no error messages could be seen unless one was quick. The .cab file is now deleted from \Temp.
