Use `TryCryptoRng` instead of `TryRngCore`

I noticed that group is using TryRngCore instead of TryCryptoRng, which I believe would be more appropriate.
This was raised before in #10 but I think was forgotten after #11 was merged.

I'm happy to make a PR on approval!
