Create a "first start" wizard that will allow the user to fill out all necessary information that is not in the .envfile before the first true start of the app.

In doing so, attempt to move as much settings out of the env file as possible, to allow them to be set here and/or later.

This truly needs to be great. Most everything should be customized here on first start. This should be created after finalizing everything else.
