[BUG]: Android TV OS 14 (Chromecast HD) – APK parsing / incompatible app error

31.45 (also tested 30.x versions)

Android TV OS 14 (Build: UTTC.2500917.004, Kernel: 5.15.170)

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Download SmartTube APK (tested versions 31.45 and multiple 30.x builds, including arm64-v8a and armeabi-v7a)
2. Attempt to install using:

• Downloader app

3. Installation fail with one error:

• “There was a problem parsing the package”

4. Issue occurs consistently with all tested versions

Actual behavior

The issue appears to be related to Android TV OS 14 blocking installation of SmartTube APKs.

Tested multiple versions (30.x and 31.x) and architectures (arm64-v8a and armeabi-v7a), all resulting in the same error.

Additional information

Chromecast with Google TV HD

It seems no current version installs on Android TV OS 14 using standard methods.

This looks like a bug while downloading. Like the apk isn't fully downloaded.
