Per Website Basis

Dear Jahn,

Thanks for your work! I can't quite find the per-website switch the extension's description makes mention of on the App Store.

For me there are two places it can be controlled. First, there's the option to enable it for one day, only on "this" site, or all sites:

If you've enabled it on a site but want to change just that site, then you you can edit this by going to Safari > Preferences > Extensions > Nightshift. From there you should see the ability to edit individual websites:
