when trying to add my older tuner - HDHR3-US i get error

Server (please complete the following information):

• OS [e.g. Linux - Ubuntu] windows
• Arch [e.g. Intel 64 Bit]
• xTeVe Version and Build [to be found in the xTeVe log] 2.2

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'add tuner
2. Click on '....' select hdhomerun
3. Scroll down to '....' add tuner ip get the error
4. See error

should be able to add tuner.. adding hd5 moves to next page

there are known probs with this older tuner with emby and jelly so i wanted to use xteve to map to those apps.
