Error in screen_regions function

Hi,

Thank you for showing this method. Here I have an error "Error in finemap_res$region_id : $ operator is invalid for atomic vectors" when I am running screen_regions function. Could you help me to have a check? Thank you.
Attached is my code:

Thanks for reporting the error. Can you do ncore = 1 and verbose = TRUE and send me the log messages from running this function?
