How to customize keyboard shortcuts ?

I am able to use some keyboard shortcuts, for example zoom in and zoom out (that are not listed in the shortcuts window) or go to next chat (cmd + ctrl + tab). This is very nice, and why I am using WasIstLos, thank you !

Nevertheless, some shortcuts are not working, for example go to previous chat (cmd + ctrl + shift + tab). So I have two questions :

• what is the cmd key on non Macintosh keyboards ?
• how to customize keyboard shortcuts ?
