Sub Organization switch issues a revoked token after disabling and enabling

Description

The issue occurs when the below flow is followed.

1. Create a suborganization
2. Switch to the sub org
3. Switch back to the root org
4. Disable the sub org
5. Enable the sub org
6. Switch to the sub org
7. The switch to the sub org will fail with a pop-up asking the user to sign in again.
