[Doc Issue] Need to update deployment docs with required additional note

Need to add additional note to the APIM deployment Active-Active, under Configure Artifact Synchronization by stating that,

mounting <API-M_HOME>/repository/deployment/server is only required if the customer needs to persist custom artifacts such as custom sequences, webapps, execution plans, etc. Also If customers need to add custom artifacts such as webapps, those can be packaged to the Docker image itself.
