Update 4.7.0 Documentation to support symmetric encryption

Current Limitation

Currently, APIM includes only the documentation related to the asymmetric encryption by default.

Suggested Improvement

From 4.7.0 onwards, we support symmetric key encryption with AES256. This needs to be documented in the following areas.

• Symmetric Key Encryption
• Encrypting Passwords in Configuration Files
• Security Guidelines for Production Deployment
• Backward compatibility for RSA
